Joint meeting of the European and International Youth Policy working groups in Brussels

The main theme of the trip was ‘Resilient Democracy’ in the European context. The aim was to hold political discussions, maintain existing contacts and deepen dialogue with European youth organisations, institutions and civil society actors. This enabled expert consultation to take place alongside political dialogue at decision-making level.

The meeting focused on the topics of ‘shrinking spaces’, the future EU Youth Strategy 2028–2034, as well as the associated further development of the EU and the future structure of Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps.
