EU Youth Conference
At the conference, youth representatives will meet with political leaders. They will discuss issues that are important to young people in the European Union, develop ideas and formulate demands. The results of the EU Youth Conference are fed into the political processes at EU level.
The German Federal Youth Council (DBJR) organises the conference together with the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ). Among the expected 400 participants are the EU youth representatives from the individual member states, representatives of the governments of the member states, MEPs and other political leaders. Young participants from other European countries will also be invited. At the conference, the concerns and demands on the topics of the EU Youth Dialogue will be presented. Different methods are used to discuss how (political) concerns of young people can be implemented.
This year's EU Youth Conference will be held online in a digital format.
