Dialogue with politicians of the European Union

In small digital groups, the youth representatives from all over Europe talked to Federal Minister of Youth Franziska Giffey, Dr. Simona Kustec, the Minister for Education, Science and Sport in Slovenia, Adrián Vázquez Lázara, the Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee (JURI) in the European Parliament, Sabine Verheyen, the Chairman of the Culture and Education Committee (CULT) in the European Parliament, João Paulo Rebelo, the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport in the Portuguese Government, with Evelyn Regner, Chair of the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality (FEMM) in the European Parliament and Stefan Olsson, Director for Employment in the Directorate General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission. EU Youth Commissioner Mariya Gabriel had to cancel at short notice and was represented by Sophia Eriksson Waterschoot, Director for Youth, Education and Erasmus+ in the Directorate General for Education, Youth, Sport and Culture of the European Commission.
